Consultations

Online counselling as a space to understand yourself

Individual psychological counselling is a calm conversation in which you can look carefully at your situation, feelings, reactions, inner conflicts, and recurring patterns.

What you can seek help with

You do not have to wait for a “critical moment”

Counselling can be useful not only during a crisis, but also when you want to better understand yourself, your decisions, reactions, and inner tension.

1

Anxiety and tension

When thoughts are difficult to stop, the body is constantly tense, and there is an inner expectation of danger, making a mistake, or losing control.

2

Relationships and boundaries

When it is difficult to talk about your needs, there is fear of rejection, dependence on others’ approval, or painful patterns keep repeating.

3

Self-esteem

When your sense of worth has to be constantly proven through achievements, usefulness, control, or being convenient for others.

4

Inner conflict

When “I want” and “I should” pull in opposite directions, and making a decision brings guilt, fear, or constant doubt.

How the work proceeds

Three simple stages

The counselling format requires no special preparation. We begin with what is important to you right now.

Stage 1

Your request

You explain what brought you here. Your request may initially be unclear — we gradually clarify it through conversation.

Stage 2

Exploration

We explore the situation, feelings, reactions, needs, boundaries, inner restrictions, and recurring patterns.

Stage 3

Clarity

Gradually, you gain a clearer understanding of yourself, stronger inner support, and more freedom to respond differently.

Counselling is not a place for judgement.

Important

You do not need to be “ready”

You can come with confusion, tension, doubts, or the sense that something inside has needed attention for a long time.

The first step

You can begin with one conversation

When you feel that the time has come to understand what is happening inside, you can book a consultation.
